Have worked over three decades, closely with Business Leaders and Professional Boards in leading corporates, including significant international tenures in Indonesia.
He has restructured Businesses, executed their turnaround, created corporate and financial structures, and implemented corporate governance, for multiple industries, such as Steel, Auto ancillary, Packaging, Garments, FMCG and others.
He specializes in conflict resolution among stakeholders and to create value in resolution of stressed businesses. He is a collaborative team player passionate about mentoring and nurturing talent.

Ms. Shrishti Garg is a Chartered Accountant (2012), a Registered Valuer (2022), and an Insolvency Professional (2025), with over a decade of diverse experience across financial and insolvency domains.
She has been actively involved in managing and advising on more than 30 assignments, including Corporate Insolvency Resolution Processes (CIRP), Liquidation, and Voluntary Liquidation. Her expertise lies in stakeholder coordination, process management, and maximizing value in stressed situations.
Prior to her specialization in insolvency, she worked extensively in taxation, auditing, and assurance, building a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and audit practices.
